Uloga nastavnika i mogući faktori uspeha u procesu učenja

This paper is an analysis of the possible key factors in creating the necessary conditions in which children might be able to learn. Dealing with methodology as a series of strict rules and tried and tested traditional approaches is too facile and even detrimental. The process of learning is a substantive issue; teachers should be made well aware of various options open to them and the fact that the real acquiring of knowledge or skill involves the whole person. A good teacher is, also, a learner; he or she acts as a facilitator of learning and has a fully developed awareness of the possibility of change and important motivational factors.
